Unwind in a truly inspiring setting with Yoga in the Ballroom Gallery, presented by Intera Yoga and the Lightner Museum.
Wednesday, August 5 | 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Guests are welcome to arrive beginning at 6:00 p.m. to settle in and enjoy quiet, peaceful time exploring the Ballroom Gallery before class. This all-levels class will begin at 6:30 p.m. Guests should enter the building through the historic swimming pool door located on Granada Street. A staff member will be waiting outside to greet you and guide you up to the gallery.
This intimate program is designed for yogis of all abilities and offers a unique opportunity to connect movement, mindfulness, history, and art. Participants should bring a yoga mat, water to drink, and props if you need them.
